Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kowtow garments, but if they aren't quite right, we offer returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal service provider and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
